It is well located and is ideal for summer visitors. The spacious lounge with 3 piece leather suite, colour T.V., video recorder, digital box and DVD player. 2 doubles and 1 single bedroom. All bedrooms are spacious, furnished with pine furniture and pine beds. Ample storage space. Bath with electric shower, WC and wash-hand basin. Cloakroom W.C and wash-hand basin. The bungalow has a large enclosed garden to the rear, with patio area and garden furniture. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Ironing board and iron are provided. Ample drying facilities outdoors and indoors. The whole house has full gas central heating and a gas Combi boiler supplies hot water. The cost of this and electricity is included in the rent. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels are provided, although guests are asked to provide their own towels.
